this project might be my biggest one to date. when i was brought in, it was completely gutted and ready for a fresh start. I re-imagined the front exterior by adding arches to the entry and updating the siding from wood to stucco. Custom planter boxes flank the walkway and a new fence around the front of the yard provides privacy from the street. For the Interior I stuck to the original floor plan, making subtle changes along the way. such as french doors off of the main living space allowing the third bedroom to convert into an office or dining room. my main focus on this property was selecting elegant finishes to transform this property into an alameda oasis.
