3110 Magnolia st Unit a, Oakland ca
this lower level unit has some great details like the red backsplash and built-in shelves in the dining nook. the shared back yard is perfect the only thing missing are some lights hanging from the pergola.
to style the space, i chose bold artwork. inspired by the bauhaus & cubist pieces i was hanging, i selected modern furniture. I brought in several of my own accessories to give the space a more eclectic look.
3110 Magnolia St unit B Oakland, ca
the upstairs unit of 3110 is a sweet one bedroom with a view of the only magnolia tree on the block!
The kitchen with room for dining and entertaining (peep the perfect nook for a bar cart) opens up to a large patio, because who doesn't want to soak up that afternoon sun?!
the most important thing when staging multiple units on the same property is that each unit has their own flair. i want the potential buyer to have an understanding of the space without having to reference a floor plan.
the upper level in comparison to the lower level is much softer, from the furniture to the imagery in the artwork & the chosen accessories.
60 Arden Road Berkeley, CA
sitting near the top of a hill is this majestic Mid century modern stunner
keeping true to the style of the home, my focus when styling this property was to compliment and enhance it's natural beauty. working with a more neutral pallet (than i tend to go for) i selected art and textiles that felt natural within the space.
1075 Keith Ave. Berkeley, CA
1075 Keith ave, is a quaint property located in the Berkeley hills. while not all are pictured in this video, the amount of windows this house has makes it something really special.
when staging an open concept home i really think about how the space will be used and how i can maximize the space. i select furniture that is multi purpose such as the coffee table...or is it a bench? it's up to you to decide!
520 57th St Oakland, CA
this property is located in the bushrod neighborhood of Oakland which is a stones throw from temescal. my goal here was to attract a younger millennial buyer, who would appreciate living close to this vibrant neighborhood.
to make the listing really stand out i selected graphic art and bold colors. The large livingroom is perfect for entertaining there's even a little bar set up in the kitchen... who's ready for a negroni?
1802 2nd St Unit D Alameda CA
This was a quick re-design project for an old friend. we updated the oak cabinets with my favorite shade of green, added a stacked subway backsplash and gave a pop of pattern to the floor. but really all it took was new light fixtures & white paint throughout to transform the space!
3226 Nicol Ave Oakland, CA
this home features 3 bedrooms, open concept living space & an expansive back yard complete with multiple patio spaces.
upon walking in, you'll notice several defined spaces within the great room. since this space also functions as a hallway, i have deliberately chosen a narrow coffee table so as not to crowd the space but still provide ample seating.
