The seller didn't want to do much before putting it on the market, we were able to paint and purchase new light fixtures. Unfortunately the kitchen and bathrooms were allowed minimal upgrades. Working with the granite counters was a little tricky, luckily I found this modern fixture that pulled out the colors of the stone and shaped the rest of the lighting design. In the bathroom we were able to remove the Mirrored 80's vanity and some of the stone which allowed me to update the sink area. For staging, I went with a modern eclectic feel to attract a young yip buyer who would appreciate living so close to the Lake. May 20 2021 - July 2021
